The microwave is good quality, good size and really does the job, but the hinges have issue, I just got an issue where the microwave wont close.

Bought this microwave as I have about 6 other Frigidaire appliances and haven't had any issues. Can't say the same here. Problems started right away with multiple service calls. I purchased an extended warranty for the first time as I was sure the microwave wasn't going to last. About 11 months in I was correct when it died. The parts needed to fix it were unavailable and after fighting with Frigidaire support over many calls for a couple months they finally refunded me. I asked about a refund for my extended warranty as it never reached that period and was told I would receive a refund for that as well. After 1 month passes I call about that extended warranty refund again and am told the refund for the microwave was after the regular warranty expired so they wouldn't refund the extended warranty fee even though the microware died during the regular warranty. In the market for a few appliances this year and will be avoiding Frigidaire as their support is terrible and disingenuous. I would avoid them at all costs unless you want the same headaches I had to go through.

My wife and I purchased a complete kitchen set (dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator) in December of 2022. In that time we had to replace the dishwasher as the plastic wheel came loose and melted on the hot coil, and now our microwave door handle brook (13 months after purchase). I have been told that the earliest we can get the replacement part is May 2024 (the handle broke in January 2024). This is unacceptable and when I ask for the microwave to be replaced I am told that the best that can be done is a 50% rebate. A 13 month old appliance she not be costing. anything. I was told by escalations supervisor Lori that I need to wait for the part to come in after refusing the 50% rebate (wait 5 months) for a part on a machine that again is 13 months old when breaking. I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance again nor will any of my family members. The customer experience has been horrendous!

i AM 100% DISAPPOINTED The installer installed microwave and fixed the clock and cleaned up his mess and left. I tried to warm up a cup of coffee and IT DID NOT WORK. I read the manual went on to u tube re read the manual and nothing works I am extremely upset. It was the day before Thanksgiving. The light in the microwave does not go out so apparently there is something wrong with the door sensor. I called where I purchased it and they were closed and not open till Monday. So the more I sit here the more upset I am.

Builder put this in and anytime I try and microwave anything over 3 minutes, it shuts off and won™™t run for a good minute. Very irritating

I really appreciate the look and functionality of my microwave both inside and out. Have used it nearly everyday since it was installed. It stays clean and shiny with the slightest of effort. A must in a tiny kitchen space that I have. Definitely recommend this product.

It's a basic microwave, works fine but is not intuitive like most microwaves for certain functions like setting the time or changing the power level. I hit the buttons and they just beep at me, I always have to pull the manual for instructions and the instructions are not helpful. All in all very basic but it gets the job done.

Microwave works great! I wish it didn't immediately start when you pressed 1 2 or 3, but that seems to be all microwaves these days, so hard to fault it for that.

Love this sleek microwave. Probably the most powerful microwave I have ever owned. It is easy to keep clean, love that my 13 x 9 glass dish fits comfortably, but the best thing is the HANDLE!!! I have owned many microwaves and the door had to be pushed close without a handle on the door part. Smudges galore! Finally a well designed microwave with a handle that all microwaves should have!

The microwave does its job well. It always heats everything evenly, and the correct heat timing is always easy to estimate as a result. My only issue is that the menu is quite confusing. At one point we got stuck in "demo mode" and thought that it was broken,.

This microwave works fine. It has a reminder alert if you don™™t hear the first one. One time I put something in early to get it ready, but then about 10 minutes later hit the minutes to start. The microwave was confused and wouldn™™t work since it didn™™t think there was anything in there. I had to open and close the door to make it start which was annoying.

This microwave seems to work fine, but the keypad feels a bit on the flimsy side. It's roomy enough inside and attractive enough on the outside. I'm disappointed that Frigidaire didn't make the exterior stainless steel easier to clean (like several other Frigidaire appliances that are "fingerprint resistant"). It sounds like a small thing; but when you use your microwave daily, having to do extra work to clean the outside is annoying.

This microwave is a beast, tons of great features, and looks nice. The only one drawback I have is it™™s hard to get a streak free clean on it, seems like no matter how I wipe or what I used to clean it, there are always streaks. But that™™s not really an issue. Works great otherwise!

This microwave came with the home we purchased. It does all the thing s a typical microwave does. I™™d like to have more than one light setting, such as a high and low instead of just on or off. I™™d also prefer to be able to hit a lower level rather than having to repeatedly hit the power button until it get down to the level I™™d like to use. With my Whirlpool microwave all I had to do was hit Power and then whatever number to get the level to wanted, such as power button and 2 for 20% power. With this microwave I have to hit the power button 8 times to get to 20%. .

This microwave is ok. It heats up evenly as expected. What I don't like is that you can't just press the 30 second "quick" heat button (only 1-3 minutes).
