I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator October 2024. On March 6th 2025, I discovered it had stopped freezing and cooling. I submitted a claim immediately and told I would hear from a technician within 24 hours. I did not. I contacted Frigidaire again, was told 48 hours. Nothing. I contacted again, I was given an appointment for March 10th between 8:00 am-5:00 pm. End of day, no technician. I contacted again, told to call a local Appliance company as to why their service technician did not show up? That company was never contacted, nor an appointment set with them!!! I contacted Frigidaire AGAIN, I was told they needed to create a new claim and it would be 72 hours before I heard from a technician, AND, now tell me they have no availability in my area!!!! I have been without a refrigerator for 6 days, no technician, no contact on when this will be fixed. A store should not be selling a product with no local service, especially a product under warranty! I was told I should not buy a Frigidaire, I totally regret my decision in doing so. I hope this helps other customers on the fence on buying this brand.

This is your basic fridge. No bells or whistles. It's a little more noisy than I thought it would be and runs for often than my last fridge. The door doesn't seem to swing shut by itself, so you have to make sure that you push it shut all of the way. Would have been nice if they included the ice maker in this for it is available for an add on at additional cost.

Our 22 years old other brand refrigerator stopped working. I suspected the compressor went bad because the fan was running and I can hear the clicking sound(relay) periodically but the compressor did not start. Instead of repairing it we decided to purchase a new one. This model fits our budget and is like the one we owned. It's only 3 weeks so I have no idea about the liability hopefully it will last more than 10 years. The other thing that I'm not used to is that the compressor runs more frequently. The compressor often starts working even we did not open the refrigerator for a while. Then I realized that it is because of the modern technology for energy efficient appliances. I'll check my next electricity bill for that.

I just purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator and I love it. My old Frigidaire finally needed to be replaced after...are you ready for this....29 years! I purchased it in 1996 and it has lasted me all these years, so of course, I replaced it with another Frigidaire brand. You can't beat the quality. This is such a good brand!

I have only 2 things that bother me about the refrigerator. 1) With the freezer on the top, it's a far reach to get to the items on the bottom of the refrigerator, and 2) The freezer only has one shelf, which restricts the neat packing of items. I had to use some storage shelves to allow maximum utilization of the area.

The door shelves have an amazing amount of storage, but I wish there were somewhere for butter. The cheese and produce drawers are on the small side, and having just one shelf in the freezer makes it hard to keep that organized - I wish it had a drawer under the shelf like my old freezer did. The unit isn't loud, exactly, but the motor does make a high-pitched whining noise that's more annoying than the actual loudness should be.Otherwise, everything's great.

This fridge comes with a smooth finish and no handle jutting out. Easy to wipe off and keep clean! The inside has a meat drawer that can be put in any position across the shelf it hangs on. Love this! Glass shelves minimize spills. Freezer has one shelf but in the process of ordering another for greater storage potential.

Looks can be deceiving as initially I believed this unit to be the same size as the previous. It actually was smaller but the areas for storing were just as spacious inside. The doors open from left to right which is an added treat , at least to me. All in all I am satisfied with this model.
