Sensor dry never really worked well. Now doing timed dry, it takes two cycles to dry it. It™™s only 6 months old, bought and delivered new from Whirlpool.

I had my new dryer less than a month. I love all the many features it has! I can put it on for 10 minutes or 70
minutes whatever I desire. It has a low/ medium/ or high temperature setting! I love this for delicates to put on low so they aren™™t messed up by high heat. I also love the wrinkle shield section to once again protect my clothes! This was this first dryer or any appliance, I ever ordered online and I™™ve never been happier! I was so skeptical to order anything online like an appliance, but my mom always bought Whirlpool and thought it was the best brand out there! I agree with my mom and I love my new whirlpool dryer!

Bought this to replace an older Whirlpool dryer we inherited from my Dad (which lasted forever). While waiting for delivery on this one, my husband ordered the belt, wheels and tensioners repair kit for the old dryer, just to see if we could make it work for a few weeks and avoid having to take clothes to the laundry-mat (in the dark) to dry them.
Delivery was exactly as promised. Purchasing the dryer directly from the Whirlpool website totally blew away any of the pricing for the same model from ANY of the retail vendors (by several hundred dollars)!! Would absolutely buy Whirlpool again!
By the way, the repairs we made to Dad's old Whirlpool worked perfectly. We gifted it to some student neighbors after the new one came in! Pay it forward!!

We moved into a new home and the builder was excited to share that we would have brand new Whirlpool devices. Literally everything except for the microwave has been a disaster and we will likely need to pay out of pocket to obtain the value we were expecting.

We received this brand new Whirlpool washer and dryer when we purchased our home December 2020. The washer stopped spinning the loads, despite how much we reduced the amount, until we ultimately had to replace it. Now the dryer doesn™™t dry at all, and we are left looking to repair or replace it, depending on what™™s most cost effective.

Poor quality, the paint started chipping off the interior and gets all over your clothes starting with the first use. You™™d think I was drying bricks with how badly it chips off, clothes shouldn™™t do that kind of damage.

Auto Dry feature is a joke. Near the end of the cycle the dryer stops for several minutes and then comes back on for less than 15 seconds. Then repeats the process multiple times. How can that be a wrinkle guard when the clothing sits stationary for 20 times longer than it™™s being tossed about?
